Luxury beachfront development launches in Kingscliff

A new beachfront apartment development called Kai has hit the market in Kingscliff, with 14 luxury dwellings to be sold off the plan.

Located on Dreamtime Beach, just north of the Kingscliff strip, the property at 9-11 Murphys Road has development approval and construction funding in place.

Holm Developments Director Godfrey Esmonde said they are finalising the construction certificate and anticipate building to commence early next year.

“The build should take around 14 months and we look forward to seeing the building completed and residents moving in by Easter 2025,” Mr Esmonde said.

“Marketing is about to commence, and we have had a strong response to an initial off market campaign. We feel like we have an exceptional and unique offering to the market with a rare truly beachfront offering in Kingscliff. There are a few other competing projects around but none offer true beachfront location or the size of each residence.”
