A five-bedroom house in Banzai Street, Kingscliff has gone under the hammer for $2.859 million.
Last selling for $1.3 million in 2016, the property at 18 Banzai Street was one of 10 that went to auction at LJ Hooker Kingscliff and Witheriff Group’s Spring Auction Event in October.
The selling agents for 18 Banzai St, Kingscliff were Carol Witheriff and Nick Witheriff of LJ Hooker Witheriff Group.
“We had a successful attendance with over 100 people from the local community. We are expecting a clearance rate post auction of close to 80 per cent," Mr Witheriff said.
Other sales on the night included a three-bedroom apartment at 3/13 Murphys Rd, Kingscliff which sold for $2.175 million. The property campaign was delivered by LJ Hooker Kingscliff agents Erin Nielsen and Amy Sanderson.
