Tweed Valley Hospital Open Day

The Child and Adolescent Ward at the new Tweed Valley Hospital.

Community members are invited to explore the facilities at the new $723.3 million Tweed Valley Hospital before doors officially open on Tuesday 14 May.  

 A Community Open Day is being held on Saturday 16 March from 10am to 2pm at the hospital campus at 771 Cudgen Road, Cudgen.

 Attendees will have the opportunity to walk through the emergency department, maternity services, intensive care unit, cancer services and the outpatient department. There will be activities for children and refreshments available.  

Regional Health Minister Ryan Park said it was a wonderful chance for people to familiarise themselves with the new hospital before it opens.

“This much needed redevelopment is providing a massive healthcare boost to Northern NSW and I’m excited to see its long-term impact on the community.”
