New Tweed Coast Price Record

A luxury beachfront home in Kingscliff has sold for almost $9.5 million, setting a new price record for the Tweed Coast.

The five-bedroom, resort-style property at 44-48 North Point Avenue, Kingscliff was sold for $9.45 million by LJ Hooker Witheriff Group’s Nick Witheriff and Carol Witheriff.

“We are so pleased to welcome the new buyer home and congratulations to our sellers who have enjoyed living in this amazing home and raising their family over the last 12 years," said Witheriff Group Director, Nick Witheriff.

The property, which is set on 1959 square metres, was featured as the House of the Month for the launch edition of Coastal Buys in November.

The previous highest sale in the Tweed Coast region was $8.97 million for 15 Cylinders Drive, Kingscliff which was sold in August 2022 by LJ Hooker Witheriff Group.
