A collection of seven newly-built, luxury townhouses has hit the market in Bogangar.
Known as Kai Residences, the townhouses are located at 10-12 Willow Avenue, Bogangar, with three and four bedroom dwellings starting from $1.85 million.
Omira Property Group Director Alasdair Baker said he wants buyers to love where they live, and hopes to offer that with Kai Residences.

I don’t know of any other development site on the coast that combines the phenomenal coastline that is the award-winning Cabarita Beach, but is also so close to key amenities.”
The townhouses have been designed by C2 Architecture's George Chambers, and Maddison Road’s Matt Neilson is the selling agent.
