First Sod Turned at Cabarita Beach Development

A sod turning has been held to mark the official start of works on a new luxury apartment development in Cabarita Beach.

Known as CABA Residences, the exclusive development, at 10 Cypress Crescent, Cabarita Beach, consists of 15 three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom penthouses, two four-bedroom penthouses, as well as a unique ground floor penthouse with its own pool.

The apartments, by developer Allera, are being sold by Witheriff Group’s Nick Witheriff and Maddison Road’s Matt Nielsen.

“The official sod turn marks the milestone build of CABA Residences – 20 luxury beachside apartments in Cabarita, offering a location of leisurely luxe,” Mr Witheriff said.

“Sales for the luxury development commenced in July, with over $30 million in sales recorded to date, with prices starting from $2.95 million.”
