New Luxury kingscliff apartment development gets green light

A $60 million apartment complex in Kingscliff has been given development approval and will start construction this month.

The 24-unit project, known as Marine & Pearl, will offer one, two and three-bedroom units and a penthouse.

“Marine & Pearl is unlike anything else in terms of a great balance between luxury and its location. Sites like this are almost impossible to find with its dual street frontage, aspect and proximity to town along with views on offer,” LJ Hooker Witheriff Group Director Nick Witheriff said.

Half of the units have already been sold since sales launched in September. Prices in the Allera development range from $995,000 to $4.5 million and completion is expected in Q2 2025.
