Meet Ashleigh and Brenton Hawes from Amir Prestige

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Coastal Buys talks to local real estate agent Brenton Hawes about joining Amir Prestige with his partner Ashleigh Hawes.

How long have you worked in the real estate industry?

I have been in the industry for three and a half years. I started in project sales for a year and a half, then transitioned into the residential market in Kingscliff. Ashleigh joined the team approximately six months ago.

What areas do you cover?

Ashleigh and I cover from Fingal to Hastings Point. However, the company has five offices from Paradise Point to Byron Bay, so as a team we have a grasp on the whole coast line in between.

What do you enjoy most about helping people sell property?

What we find most rewarding in assisting people with property sales is our passion for creativity. We thrive on thinking outside the box to uniquely market our clients’ homes. There’s a profound sense of satisfaction when all involved parties are not just content but genuinely delighted with the final outcome of the campaign. It’s this blend of innovation and achieving client satisfaction that truly fuels our enjoyment in the process.

The demand for Kingscliff and surrounds is strong and will only continue to grow as more people become aware of this amazing area.

What sets you apart from other agents?

Collectively we have over 50 agents in the team, all working together to achieve the best result. We are seamlessly connecting Northern NSW and the Gold Coast with our internal collaboration. For example, if you need to sell in Casuarina and buy in Broadbeach, we can help. If you are selling in Hope Island and moving to Kingscliff, we can help. We take pride in being the sole company on the Gold Coast with such extensive reach, functioning cohesively as a team to meet your real estate needs.

What can vendors expect when engaging Amir Prestige and your team specifically?

Collaborating with Amir Prestige guarantees a professional and reliable experience. Our in-house team, comprising of administration, social media, graphic design, sales managers, and photographers, stand ready to support you throughout the home selling process. When working with Ashleigh and myself, our distinguishing factor lies in our commitment to honesty and dedication to results.

With over a decade of experience in bespoke construction and entertainment, our approach to
property is grounded in authenticity.

What do you believe this area offers buyers?

Purchasing in this area should offer peace of mind in terms of an investment choice. The demand for Kingscliff and surrounds is strong and will only continue to grow as more people become aware of this amazing area. And in terms of geographical locations, it’s hard to find a better place to live. From the Fingal Head Lighthouse walk to relaxing by the creek at high tide with the family, it’s our little slice of paradise.

What are your views on the current market for Kingscliff, Casuarina and Cabarita and expectations for the year ahead?

At a macro level, South East Queensland has the Golden Triangle, consisting of four national and international airports (Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba and Gold Coast), which is set to continue its expansion of residential development and government infrastructure to cope with the high level of migration and immigration leading into the Brisbane Olympics. Kingscliff, being just a stone's throw from the Gold Coast, is poised to experience sustained demand from buyers seeking to escape the 'rat race' of the Gold Coast, leaning towards the quiet, relaxed coastal towns of Northern NSW.

What are your favourite things to see and do in Kingscliff, Casuarina and/or Cabarita?

As a young family, it’s just the simple things that we spend most of our down time doing. Whether it’s riding into Kingy for the afternoon, surfing, playing on the beach or taking our Golden Retriever for a walk. We like to spend as much time outdoors which is why we genuinely love it here.
