Captivating water panoramas set the tone for this spectacular coastal home known as Casa Dell’Alba.

The unique design is sophisticated and luxurious, incorporating Spanish inspiration with arched doorways, Venetian plaster feature walls and
handcrafted stonework.

Built into a cliff face, the design capitalises on breathtaking views of Kingscliff Beach and Cudgen Creek, which can be admired from various vantage points within the residence, including the spacious entertaining areas, through large floor-to-ceiling glass walls and from balconies off the bedrooms.

The home was built by award-winning builder and owner Mark Curley, with bespoke design by Michael Witty Architects.

A striking white façade of limestone, concrete and custom panelling, welcomes you to Casa Dell’Alba, ‘The Sunrise House’.

Within the residence, four stunning levels and impressive architecture await, with a clever use of breezeways to connect the main living areas to the bedrooms, which all feature their own ensuites and balconies.

On entrance to the foyer, you have a choice of a five-person lift or stairs to the kitchen, living and dining areas on the upper level, which enjoy sweeping water views from every angle.

The kitchen features a unique, custom-designed waterfall island bench with brass inlay to match the stunning brass tapware. Stone benchtops and backsplash complement the oak veneer cabinetry, while integrated AEG appliances complete the stylish and functional design.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge area continues with the bespoke touches, featuring Venetian plaster walls and a cosy fireplace.

A breezeway off the dining area takes you to an expansive covered top deck, the perfect setting to spend many hours entertaining and taking in the stunning ocean and creek vistas.

Venture back to the ground level to discover a luxurious master retreat, complete with a dressing room, fluted timber panelling, walk-in robe, deck, and a stunning ensuite with fluted glass shower screens, backlit mirrors and a freestanding bath.

The lower ground level is where you will find two bedrooms with ensuites and built-in robes, as well as a generous living area, custom whisky bar and wine tasting room, kitchenette, laundry and bathroom. The luxurious, modern design is further integrated with exposed off-form concrete ceilings and walls, along with terrazzo-style concrete flooring.

A covered courtyard with stonework, an established feature olive tree and a fire pit overlooking the magnificent swimming pool, showcase the Mediterranean inspiration, and offer another ideal space to entertain and unwind.

On the lower level, the functionality is also evident through the clever design of a multipurpose room, ample storage, a fifth bathroom, and an outdoor shower. A three-car garage with epoxy flooring can also be found on the ground level.

Striking, versatile and luxurious, Casa Dell’Alba exudes modern sophistication and embraces minimalist design, perfectly capturing the serene views offered by its unique location.
