What areas do you cover?

At present, we are focused on the Northern Rivers and Tweed Coast from Pottsville to Fingal, with a strong emphasis on Kingscliff and Casuarina. We have plans to expand into the Southern Gold Coast.

What do you love about the real estate industry?

Having worked in the industry for close to 20 years, I love it. The business is enjoyable because I have a real passion for real estate and helping people. In my formative years, I focused solely on doing deals and winning awards. At this stage of my career, however, I still enjoy selling. I get a real buzz from imparting my knowledge and experience while growing a vibrant and positively energetic team. Watching them thrive and assisting them to achieve their goals is very fulfilling.


What are your favourite things to see and do in the Tweed Coast area?

The endless white sand beaches are  stunning and the fantastic climate promotes a healthy outdoor lifestyle.

The Tweed is one of the most biodiverse places in the world and features amazing waterways, a variety of restaurant options, and of course world-class surfing possibilities.

The Tweed is also one of Australia’s best-performing coastal property markets. The healthy lifestyle, natural offerings, entertainment options and relaxed coastal vibe make it a fabulous place to live, raise a family and nurture your physical and mental wellbeing. Truly magical.


What do you think about the current market and what are your predictions for this year?

In the lead-up to the February interest rate cut, I could see more buyers entering the market, and both our sales and listing volumes increased. The sentiment is optimistic now that buyers can see a concrete rate drop. Also, the balance and pace of sales and listings are in tune. We are in the midst of a healthy and normal market.
