Sales have commenced for a new luxury apartment complex in Cabarita Beach, with prices at the exclusive development starting from $2.95 million.

Known as CABA Residences, the collection of 20 apartments at 2-6 Tweed Coast Road, Cabarita Beach, consists of 15 three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom penthouses, two four-bedroom penthouses and a unique ground floor penthouse with its own pool.

The apartments, by developer Allera, are being sold by LJ Hooker Witheriff Group’s Nick Witheriff and Maddison Road’s Matt Nielsen.
