First Sod Turned at Luxury Kingscliff Apartment Site

The first sod has been turned at a new luxury apartment site in Kingscliff.

Known as Marine & Pearl, the collection of 24 apartments is located between Pearl Street and Marine Parade along Kingscliff Beach, and offers one, two, three and four bedroom units and a penthouse.

Construction on the $66 million apartment complex has now officially commenced, and is due to be completed late next year.

Selling agent Nick Witheriff from LJ Hooker Witheriff Group, said it was an important milestone to mark.

“We are excited to celebrate the first sod to be turned at Marine and Pearl. It's a pleasure to be in partnership with Allera, Alroe Constructions and ClarkeHopkinsClarke to bring a new level of luxury to the Kingscliff area,” Mr Witheriff said.

“Once complete, these 24 exclusive ocean-side residences will be the first of their kind with expansive ocean and hinterland views and meticulously crafted.”
